Required enrollment documents

Parents are requested to submit the necessary documents during admission to ensure a smooth enrollment process. This includes your child’s birth certificate, recent passport-size photographs, immunization record, and address proof of parents or guardians.

  • Birth Certificate – A copy of your child’s birth certificate for age verification.
  • Passport-Size Photographs – Recent photos of the child and parents/guardians.
  • Immunization Record – Up-to-date vaccination and medical history report.
  • Address Proof – Residential proof of parents or guardians (e.g., Aadhaar, utility bill).
  • ID Proof of Parents/Guardians – Government-issued ID for verification.
  • Transfer or Leaving Certificate – If applicable, from the previous school attended.
